Access conditions

Depending on the purpose of a proposed project (exclusively, mostly or only partly academic, written with the primary/not primary goal of publishing the output in a high-ranked academic journal), the conditions (and the procedure) for accessing data as well as the conditions for providing data support differ. Moreover, a differentiation is made with respect to the origin of the proposal, i.e., whether the proposal is submitted by a university researcher (professor) or a researcher from a central bank/other public institution or the institution itself.
